What have been your contributions to the Castle Pines North community?

I currently serve as President of the CPN Master Association, President of BrambleRidge HOA, and CPN II delegate to the Master Association. As President of the Master Association, I was leader of the CPN incorporation effort and spearheaded the establishment of Business in the Pines.

What qualifications would you bring to this position?

As President of the CPN Master Association and leader of the incorporation effort, I have been given the unique opportunity and privilege to hear directly the concerns of hundreds of CPN residents. This, more than anything else, is what has guided and enabled me to represent the best interests of CPN throughout the extraordinary process of becoming a new city. From negotiating the revenue sharing settlement with Castle Pines Village that enabled us to have our incorporation vote to meeting with countless state and county officials as we transition into a new city, I have been given insight and knowledge that allows me to forge relationships that will be critical as our community moves forward. This, combined with my being a business owner the past 20 years and my experience on a U.S. Congressional and Senate staff, provides me with the experience to serve as mayor as we together meet the challenges ahead.
