Castle Rock, Col., (October 22, 2007) --- The developer of the Lagae Ranch parcel today publicly endorsed the incorporation of the City of Castle Pines North (CPN). 

Chris Fellows, principle of HF Holdings, LLC, plans to develop 240-acre parcel located off Lagae Road, just south of Castle Pines Parkway and north of Happy Canyon Road. 

The Lagae Ranch development is vital to the CPN community and will generate an estimated $22 million in tap fee and property tax revenues which can be used to secure renewable water supplies for the community.  Incorporation of CPN could move this development along at a much faster rate.

“The Lagae Ranch development is an integral part of the future of our community, especially as it relates to our securing renewable water,” said Castle Pines North Preservation Committee Leader Maureen Shul.  “We are extremely gratified by this support for our incorporation effort.”
