Three local businessmen are in the process of getting approval to build a new office space in Castle Pines North (CPN). The building will be situated on the south side of Castle Pines Parkway, near the Village Square shopping area (east of King Soopers.) The owners of the project, Martin Russell, Roger Campbell and Steve Murray, all live in the CPN area, and wanted to build a workspace close to home.

“We are building here because it is convenient to our homes and we all intend to stay in the area for many more years,” said Murray, whose company REAL Trends, will occupy the upper floor of the new building. “Plus we enjoy the amenities of Castle Pines North and think other small business folks will as well.”

Plans have not yet been submitted to the County, but current plans call for a two-story, 11,000 square foot building, which will be suitable for either office or retail space.

“We will have great decks for tenants and more than ample parking,” said Murray.

REAL Trends is a publishing and communications company, which provides analysis and information on the residential brokerage industry. REAL Trends is currently housed in Littleton.
