The Castle Pines North Master Association elected new officers at the monthly meeting held December 8^th at the Community Center.  The Master Association is governed by a Board of Directors that consists of seven members.  At the Annual Meeting, held in November, delegates from each CPN HOA cast their vote to fill the vacancies of the Board.  This newly elected board then voted on officer positions to serve in the coming term. 

Elected Officers

• President - Maureen Shul (Bramble Ridge)
• Vice President - Bruce Thompson (The Hamlet)
• Secretary/Treasurer - Ted Lohr (Bristle Cone Patio Homes)

In addition to these three positions the board is served by four directors.  These positions are held by Doug Gilbert (HOA 1), Carol Finnegan (The Retreat), and Kim Hoffman Feilmeier (Bristle Cone Single Family Homes). 

One director position remains vacant.  The Board will fill this position at the next Master Association meeting held January 19, 2006 at 7 p.m. 

The Board also approved the proposed budget for 2006 at the December meeting.
