CPN Master Association

For six years, Linda Nuzum, has served as President for the CPN Master Association.
Nuzum has been an outstanding advocate for CPN, volunteering countless hours to work on many projects. Here are just a few of her many accomplishments:
- Started the CPN website and community e-mail system.
- Worked to get Coyote Ridge Park built.
- Battled Qwest to have the distance charge removed from phone bills saving CPN residents more than $1 million a year.
- Worked with Douglas County to allow emergency access only from Castle Pines Village through Forrest Park.
- Worked with the Douglas County School District to ensure that all students in CPN went to the same middle and high schools.
- Pushed to get second elementary school, now known as Timber Trail, in the community.
- Represented CPN in battling Xcel Energy's power lines and noise violations.
- Worked to resolve the lawsuit between Hidden Pointe and the CPN Master Association.
- Expanded CPN's newsletter to its current form.
