The Daniels Gate developer has indicated that the percentage of home ownership necessary for the Romar HOA Board to be turned over to the homeowners is close to being achieved. Therefore, the Romar board has set a date for a "Turn-over & Election" meeting. This meeting will be held at 7 pm on August 10th at the Daniels Gate Pool. All residents within the Romar HOA area are encouraged to come to this meeting, or to submit a Proxy vote via Management Specialists prior to the meeting.

The Romar HOA Board membership is determined as follows:

• One member nominated by the Turquoise Terrace Sub HOA,
• Two members nominated by the Vantana/Amber Ridge Sub HOA,        
• One member voted by in by homeowners who reside in either Jasper Point, Topaz Vista or Vacquero.    
• One member voted in by the general Romar community, That is, all homeowners have the opportunity to vote.
  

Consequently, there will be two positions for re-election at the meeting on August 10th.  Should you wish to stand for either of these vacancies, you are encouraged to indicate such via an email to Management Specialists, Romar-manager@cpnhoa.org, 720-974-4236.  Please include a brief outline of your reasons for seeking the position.
