Furry Scurry May 1 in Washington Park

Fetch your sneakers and your four-legged friend for the King Soopers "Furry Scurry," a two-mile walk and fun run on Saturday, May 1, 2004, at 9 a.m. in Denver's Washington Park.

This event is for dogs and their human companions, but everyone is welcome to walk without a dog or in honor of a favorite pet. Walker are encouraged to collect pledges and all proceeds benefit the Dumb Friends League and the animals in its care.
