The History of CC-20

The northwest corner of Monarch and Castle Pines Parkway has been a point of contention since homes have been built and families began moving into the community.  Although the site has always been zoned for commercial development, many residents wish to keep neon lights and 24 hour truck deliveries from creeping into the heart of CPN.  Listed in the table below are links that detail, in both news stories and minutes of meetings, the on-going events of the parcel of land named CC-20.
