A meeting Agenda is set by the Board and published by the Management Company. A meeting packet is sent to Delegates prior to the meeting. This includes the agenda and the draft minutes from the previous meeting.
The Master Association "Approved Minutes" are available in their entirety. Please note, the meeting minutes are approved for the prior month during the current month's meeting and subsequently posted to this site (there is a one-month 'lag'). Any homeowner is welcome to attend a Board Meeting or may contact their neighborhood Delegate, or call or email the Master Association. If attending, please remember to sign in, especially if you'd like to address the Board on a particular topic. There is time at the beginning and towards the end of the meeting for Homeowner Input, however should a question arise in between you are more than welcome to express it at the time.
